Welcome to Scottsdale Church! We are a local body of believers in Jesus Christ who gather together at 12000 N Scottsdale Road.
We are a small, non-denominational church seeking to follow the Lord Jesus Christ and His Word in every aspect of our life together. The church is shepherded by four elders who share responsibility for the spiritual care, oversight, and practical matters of the church. The elders, along with other brothers in the church, regularly minister the Word of God as we gather each week.
We believe that the church is the body of Christ in which every believer has a valuable part to play. We therefore encourage and seek to cultivate the active participation and ministry of all the members of the body of Christ who gather with us. We want each person to have the opportunity to serve, encourage, teach, help, and care for others according to the gifts and abilities God has given them. Our desire is for people to not simply attend meetings, but to grow together as a functioning body in which each member contributes to the health and building up of the whole.
